Return & Refund Policy

All goods sold are non-exchangeable, non-returnable, and non-refundable except in the following cases:
1. Incorrect item delivered by the company.
2. Manufacturing defects found on the item.

Return & Exchange Requests Will Not Be Accepted If:

1. The item has been damaged, used, or soiled by the customer.
2. The customer placed the wrong order or changed their mind after purchase.

All returned items will be inspected together with the original receipt. Items must be returned in good condition, unused, and in their original packaging, including the original shipping packaging.

Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted for products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer. We are also not responsible for any lost or damaged parcels during the return shipping process.

Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 14 working days from the date of confirmation.
