Q. How do I place an order on the website?
To place an order :-
- Click the “Add to Cart” button for the products you wish to purchase.
- Click “Continue Shopping” to add more items, or click “Checkout” to proceed with payment.
- Log in to your account using your username and password. If you do not have an account, you will need to register before completing your purchase.
- Confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “Next”.
- Select your preferred shipping method and click “Next”.
- Choose your payment method and click “Next”.
- Review and confirm your billing details and agree to the terms and conditions.
- Click “Confirm Order” to complete your purchase.
Q. What payment methods are available?
Our Stores offer the following payment methods: :-
- Credit Card
- Online Banking
- E- Wallet
Note: Purchased products will only be shipped after payment confirmation has been received.
Q. How do I update my personal information or shipping address?
Log in to your account and go to:
- Account Maintenance → Edit Account Information / Shipping Address
- You may update your personal details and shipping information there.
Q. I forgot my account password. What should I do?
- Click on “Lost Password?”
- Enter the email address used to register your account.
- Click “Submit”.
- A verification token will be sent to your email.
- Once verified, you may create a new password for your account.
Q. Can I cancel an order after it has been placed?
Yes, cancellation is allowed only if the order status is still Pending.

Orders that have already been shipped or are in the shipping process cannot be cancelled.
Q. What currency are transactions processed in?
All transactions on our website are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Delivery usually takes approximately 3 to 7 working days, depending on the delivery location and courier service.
