Delivery & Shipping Policy

DELIVERY POLICY

  1. We currently deliver within Malaysia only.
  2. Please ensure that all delivery details, including street address and postcode, are correct and complete. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or international addresses.
  3. If the package seal is opened, tampered with, or damaged upon delivery, kindly DO NOT accept the parcel.
  4. If you are unavailable to receive your shipment, please contact the courier service directly to arrange a more convenient delivery date.
  5. Orders that are not collected within the courier’s holding period may be disposed of, and no refund will be provided for such orders.
  6. All orders are packed using standard packaging materials and delivered to addresses within Malaysia only.

SHIPPING CHARGES

  1. Shipping and handling charges are strictly non-refundable.
  2. All orders are shipped and delivered from Monday to Friday only, excluding weekends and public holidays, through our designated courier partners.
  3. Shipping fees are calculated based on the order weight and delivery location and will be displayed during checkout.
  4. Free shipping is available for orders above RM100.

DELIVERY LEAD TIME

  1. Order confirmation and payment cutoff time is before 12:00 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed on the next working day.
  2. Confirmed orders will be processed within four (4) working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
  3. Estimated delivery time after processing and packaging:
    • Peninsular Malaysia: 7 – 8 working days*
    • Sabah & Sarawak: 8 – 15 working days*
    • Above delivery timelines are subject to changes by the courier service provider.
