Shipping & Return Policy

We're using Easy Parcel for all local orders in Malaysia. Below are the domestic delivery postage & estimated delivery time for different areas:

Estimated delivery time: 3-7 working days
Free postage on all orders 

Estimated delivery time: 7 days & above
Postage depends on weight & location, the postage fees will be reflected upon checkout.

Note: Please allow up to 7 days for your order to be shipped out as all our products are made-to-measure.

Do we accept return or refund?
Yes, return or refund is allowed with below terms and conditions applied;


Terms & Conditions

  • A valid proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email) is required for all refund or exchange requests.
  • To be eligible for return, you’ll need to try on the new pillow for at least 7 nights, as your body might take some time to accommodate to a new pillow.
  • All return must be posted to us within 14 working days after buyer receive the parcel. (*delivered date as first day)
  • Returns can only made strictly one time per order number. If any order made with return credit cannot be returned the consequent time.
  • Items must be returned in a reasonably good condition, without any damages or stains. Otherwise, refunds or exchanges may not be granted.
  • All the other items come with the pillow set are non returnable.
  • If you choose to refund, the refund of the pillow (RM500) will be issued once the returned pillow has been received. All the other items in the set such as pillow case, laundry bag etc. are not returnable & refundable.
  • Please make sure all items are unwashed and unaltered. Items with customised printing are non returnable.
  • Any used / credited reward points / discount codes for the returned order will be voided and not refundable/re-usable.
  • Any products delivered outside Malaysia are not eligible for returns.

Are there any additional charges involved for return?

Buyer will need to bear the both side postage (buyer and seller) if the return reason fall under unsatisfactory items reason (eg: not comfortable). If the return reason is under defective-related items, we will bear the both side postage.

To initiate a return or refund

Kindly contact our support team at +6010 566 6826 if you wish to refund or return your items. Return/refund is only eligible for pillow delivery after 7 days. This is because your body need a 7 days to accommodate a new pillow.
