RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All goods sold are non-exchangeable, non-returnable, and non-refundable except :
1. A wrong delivery by Homie Holdings.
2. Item has a manufacturing defect.
Return and exchange requests will not be accepted if :
1. The items have been damaged or soiled by the customer.
2. The customer has placed an incorrect order or changed their mind.
The returned goods or products will be examined together with the receipt and the goods should be in good condition. The packaging should also be in its original condition in the original shipping packaging. If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, a refund will not be possible. We are also not responsible if your shipment is lost during return shipping. Once we have inspected and confirmed the goods/products, the customer will receive their refund within 14 days of confirmation.
