Sharing some tips here for those who are often suffering from neck/back pain the next morning.
Back sleeper:
You’re not wrong if you place your head, neck and shoulders fully on the pillow, but you’ll need to slightly adjust your sleeping posture. Lift up the lower part of the pillow and squeeze it between your neck and shoulder just like how you usually place a neck pillow around your neck. This will help to reduce the pain and soreness the next morning.Side sleeper:
Squeeze in the pillow between your neck and shoulder to get an adequate support for your body. This will help to reduce the pain and soreness when you wake up the next morning.
Front Sleeper:
Place your face fully on the pillow, let the pillow sits nicely on your shoulder for a better support. This will reduces the pain and soreness when you wake up the next morning.
